Returns & Exchanges

            Naturally we hope you’ll love anything you order from Lewis & Clark, however if for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase it’s an easy fix!  Simply return the item to us within 28 days of receipt and we’ll be more than happy to exchange it or issue a refund.  Unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

            Of course if you should receive something damaged or defective, or if you accidentally mail you the wrong thing please contact us and we’ll ship you a replacement ASAP and let you know how to return the problem item, on us.

Shipping

            We ship orders via USPS Monday-Friday.  Orders received before 12pm PST should ship out the same day, otherwise it will go out on the next business day.  Orders using standard Priority Mail within the continental United States should arrive within 3-10 business days after the day it was shipped.  Express Mail within the continental United States should arrive 1-2 business days after it is shipped. 

            International mail ships via USPS Priority International and take 6-21 buisness days, depending on the location.  We ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.  Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges which packages may incur after arriving in their destination country.

            All shipping rates are calculated individually based on weight.  Estimates can be viewed in your shopping cart. 

Ordering and Payment Information

            We accept secure credit card payments with Mastercard and Visa.  Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Discover at this time.  Please also note that by law we must charge an 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of California.

Gift Certificates

            Sadly we have yet to work out a method for issuing gift certificates online, nor can we redeem gift certificates purchased at our store online but we’re working on it we promise!  Check back here for updates soon!
