How much is your shipping?

We calculate shipping based on weight to ensure you pay the fairest possible price.  When you go to your cart there is a box where you can fill in your zip code and it will tell you the cost of shipping your items to your area.

How long will my package take to arrive?

We offer several shipping options each with a different estimated delivery time.  USPS Priority mail will generally take 3-10 business days to arrive.  Express Mail within the continental United States should arrive 1-2 business days after it is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Swtizerland, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping can take from 6-21 business days depending on the destination.  Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges which packages may incur after arriving in their destination country.

Where is your store located?

Lewis & Clark started as a brick-and-mortar store 30 years ago and we’re still kicking!  Come visit it us in gorgeous Santa Barbara, CA at 1116 State St. Mon-Sat 10-5:30 or Sunday 12-5.

If I don’t like something can I return it?

Of course!  We hope you will love your purchase but if for any reason you don’t simply mail it back to us within 28 days of receipt and we’ll issue a refund.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Unfortunate we don’t offer gift certificates at this time.
